How can you know if Teletherapy is right for you?

Teletherapy, also known as online counseling, is secured therapy sessions via video or phone that are now available through HIPPA compliant platforms, such as  Doxy.me.  The teletherapy option is really a personal choice to be made based on your life circumstances: geographic location, need for safe distancing, an insanely busy life/schedule that simply doesn’t allow you to squeeze out an hour meeting plus travel time to and from the appointment, a job that requires lots of travel, or simply being too overwhelmed or overloaded to take the time to try counselor after counselor in order to find the one that’s a good fit for you.  That said, contact me for a free 30-minute video consultation via Doxy.me, so you can determine if I’m the right fit and if not, you haven’t wasted much in the way of time or resources.
